Terms of Service — DRX SportNet App

Effective Date: February 2025

Welcome to DRX SportNet — your sports lifestyle, gamified. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DRX SportNet App and related services provided by PT Berkat Indah Garment ("DRX," "We," "Us," or "Our").

By downloading, installing, or using our mobile app, you agree to be bound by these terms below:

1. User Eligibility

Minimum Age: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

Cryptocurrency Features: To participate in token-related activities (staking, trading, wallet integration), you must meet the minimum legal age for cryptocurrency access in your jurisdiction.

Legal Capacity: You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. User Responsibility

Your Obligations:
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and wallet information
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Our Limitations:
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence
  • You are solely responsible for any activities that occur under your account
  • We recommend using strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available
  • You are fully responsible for any losses arising from negligence in maintaining account security
  • You shall indemnify DRX against all third-party claims arising from app usage.

3. Use of DRX Token

DRX Token is a utility token, used for staking, rewards, missions, and upcoming features and utilities

Important Disclaimers:

  • Volatility Risk: Token values may fluctuate significantly and unpredictably
  • No Investment Advice: We do not provide investment, financial, or trading advice
  • Loss Liability: DRX is not responsible for any financial losses related to token price movements
  • Regulatory Compliance: You are responsible for complying with cryptocurrency regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Rewards & Points System

All in-app points, tokens, or ranks have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated. DRX reserves the right to change reward mechanics without prior notice. DRX reserves the right to modify, reduce, or eliminate rewards and points at any time without prior notice.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All DRX content (designs, app visuals, text, brand assets) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and may not be copied reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

    User-Generated Content:
  • You retain ownership of content you create and submit
  • By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
  • You represent that your content does not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Marketing Communication

By signing up, you agree to receive:
  • In-app announcements
  • Email updates (with option to unsubscribe anytime)
  • Token, reward, and product-related notifications

7. Prohibited Activities & Account Enforcement

    Prohibited Uses:
  • Fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
  • Manipulation of the rewards or token systems
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Using the application for activities that may damage DRX's reputation
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to access our systems unauthorized

    Enforcement Actions:
  • We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations
  • We reserves the right to freeze accounts without prior notice upon detection of suspicious activities
  • We may investigate suspicious activities and cooperate with law enforcement
  • Account termination may result in loss of accumulated rewards and tokens.

8. Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability and other clauses

    Service Availability:
  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We may suspend or modify services for maintenance or updates

    Liability Limitations:
  • Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemic, hacking, virus or regulatory changes

    Other Clauses:

    All disputes shall be resolved through BANI Arbitration Center (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia) which was established in 1977 by the Indonesia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN INDONESIA) with the decree No. SKEP/152/DPH/1977 on 30 November 1977, and the arbitration venue shall in in South Jakarta with arbitration panel consisting of 3 (three) members and use Indonesian language. Users waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

By using the DRX SportNet App, users provide explicit consent to receive marketing communications through all available channels, including but not limited to email, SMS, push notifications, and telephone calls. you further acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
